The delivery times given below are from the date of despatch and assume that the products you have ordered are in stock and available for shipment.

Next working day applies for orders placed before 12 noon, Monday –
Friday (excluding bank holidays, Saturday or Sunday).
We will keep you informed on the progress of your order via email.
Your goods will be despatched the day you place your order and should
arrive at your delivery address according to the selected delivery option.
You will be supplied with a reference number when your order has been
despatched, so you can trace it online.
Orders will require a signature on receipt.
In the highly unlikely event of your order not arriving please allow up
to 5 working days from delivery before emailing us at info@divacorsets.com
or by telephoning us on +44(0) 1491 628844 and we will then carry out
an investigation through the courier and keep you informed.
Delivery for non stock items
If some of the items that you have purchased are out of stock or unavailable we aim to despatch within 7-10 days. We will keep you informed on the progress of your order via email.
Postage and packing prices apply as for stock items.
Customs & Duty
Please note that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
