RETURN POLICY, REFUND & EXCHANGE

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange or refund your money.

 

Customers have 7 days in which to cancel their order in writing within 7 days from the day after receipt or their order. If you decide to cancel then you will have to return the goods to us unworn, in their original condition and unmarked and with all the original labels intact and you have a 'duty of care' over the garments until they are returned to us, you will also have to pay the costs of returning the goods to us and to take reasonable care to see they are received by us without delay. If you cancel within the period given above then we will credit your credit/debit card within 48 (working) hours of the goods being received in the condition stated above.

 

We reserve the right to charge a £15 restocking fee for returned multiple items in the same style but in different sizes or colours.

 

Please note we will deduct a re-stocking fee of £15.00 (per item) for non stock items that are returned - this is because we have to specially make these styles to cover your order. You will be notified by email/telephone if your order or part of your order is non stock.

 

In order to return an item you are required to obtain an RMA number.

 

In order to obtain an RMA number you are required to send us an email to orders@divacorsets.com, with subject “RMA Request” and including the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Reference Number(s) of the Item(s) you require to return

Your RMA will be accepted and a RMA number issued. Once the RMA number has been issued the return address will be supplied via email. Returns must be sent within 5 days from receiving the RMA number unless we reserve the right to refuse the refund

 

Please remember to write the RMA Number on the package. If there is no Returns Merchandise Authorisation number ("RMA") on the outside of the package then there is a good chance that this will lead to delays of upto 30 days in processing your return. To avoid this delay, we recommend that if you wish to return goods you first obtain a RMA number.

 

As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.

 

We will not make refunds to a third party.
